• The ability to work independently and willingness to lead small teams (2-4 people)
• A sociable character and a good sense of humour
• A relevant intermediate secondary vocational course or work experience
• The ambition to continue your development at the cultivation and management level
• Motivation to handle every aspect of a matter from start to finish
• Affinity with nursery products in a wide range is a bonus.
